If performance is what you look for in a subwoofer, then look no further. Each subwoofer has a one piece vacuum formed dustcap that acts as a cross brace for the cone so that at high excursion the cone will not flex. Shift series subs have a 2.0 inch high temperature voice coil that is wound with premium grade OFC copper so that it can handle 350 watts of RMS power and peaks of 700 watts. The progressive linear roll spider makes it impossible for this subwoofer to bottom out or become uncentered during high excursion.
